Since 2017, BizCover has been on an unstoppable growth journey, partnering with Bench to compel online users to apply for insurance quotes through programmatic display.
APPROACH
Eager to propel their growth further, BizCover sought out lead generating opportunities that would help grow the brand and wouldn’t break the bank. Their agile nature led Bench to suggest a cost-effective solution: Digital Out-of-home (DOOH). Unlike traditional out-of-home advertising, DOOH provides the perfect blend of affordability, precise targeting, and comprehensive reporting. It allowed BizCover to make the best use of their budget, reaching a vast audience while maintaining pinpoint accuracy in terms of location and screen selection. With DOOH, BizCover‘s ads found their way to the ideal audience, capturing their attention and igniting curiosity. To amplify this effect, Bench seamlessly integrated DOOH with BizCover’s existing quote-generating campaign. By capturing the device IDs of the audience exposed to the DOOH ads, display ads were cleverly remarketed to them, enticing them to request a quote.
The outcome? When comparing the period that DOOH was live against the period where no DOOH was live, we observed a remarkable uplift in website traffic. This influx of interested visitors led to an impressive 25% increase in the number of quotes generated through this campaign, all while achieving a 21% reduction in cost-per-quote, demonstrating the impact brand awareness plays in driving acquisition-based outcomes.
