GOAL
Before its ASX debut, Tyro had redefined business payments with reliable EFTPOS solutions and smart banking tools that simplified how merchants managed transactions. Its focus on innovation, trust, and customer experience made it the preferred partner for thousands of retailers seeking data-driven payment solutions to fuel growth and efficiency.
APPROACH
Knowing merchant acquisition was the linchpin to scaling, Tyro’s marketing team selected Bench to execute a full-funnel omni-channel campaign across all major media channels.
We designed a data-driven media strategy that layered messaging across audio, video, social, display and programmatic channels. Leveraging weekly optimisations and attribution modeling, creative assets were sequenced to guide prospective merchants from awareness to conversion.
The outcome? Over 12 months, Bench’s omni-channel campaign helped Tyro achieve a 101% increase in merchant acquisitions, with 46% growth in transaction value. This performance showcased the tangible impact of a data-led media strategy in achieving business scale.
