New Bench Connect Custom Reporting – for deeper campaign data

For years, marketers have been screaming for more transparency and visibility into campaigns and their performance. Bench has always had a number of tools available for customers to be able to deep-dive into those numbers. Our Analytics – for example – has been a very popular feature for all Bench Connect users.

For deeper analytics and reporting on campaigns, our Custom Reporting feature has been used by many clients. Based on customer feedback, we are happy to introduce our NEW Custom Reporting, providing a much improved user experience allowing customers to quickly and easily run highly-customised reports and deeply explore their campaign data.

The most important benefit of the NEW Custom Reporting are the 11 templates curated by our performance team, to give you the perfect starting point for any report you wish to generate. For example, the popular reports include Topline Campaign Performance, Ads and Audiences and Social Post engagements.

Whether it is to see a quick overview of the performance of your campaign activity, or you wish to find out more about which device your customers are converting on most frequently, our report templates provide the perfect launch pad.

Bench Connect customers will be able to get their hands on the new Custom Reporting very soon – keep an eye out for the full release in early November, 2021.
