Ori Gold

Chief Executive Officer

Ori’s extensive and hands-on experience spans internationally across both ad tech and martech. Frustrated by the lack of control and accessibility that the everyday marketer faced, he co-founded Bench in 2012. Together with the talented and forward-thinking team at Bench, Ori creatively strategises ways to elevate client’s marketing, spearheading the company’s strategic and product vision.


Shai Luft

Chief Operations Officer

Shai is a senior marketing executive with a fifteen-year track record of working for Australia’s largest ASX200-listed organisations. Leading the ever-evolving operations of Bench, Shai’s vision to empower marketers with agility and control to achieve the best value comes to life every day with increased success for Bench’s clients.


Gil Snir

Chief Commercial Officer

Gil holds over ten years’ of commercial leadership positions across technology, media and advertising, with experience spanning all corners of the industry. His goal for Bench is ensuring the full process of digital media planning, through to activation and analysis, is easier and more effective for marketers.


David Cameron

Engineering Director

David is a passionate technology leader with a proven track record of delivering scalable cloud hosted solutions, as well as leading and transforming tech teams. Pioneering our proprietary tech with an in-house development team, David is always a step ahead in solutions and innovation.


Esther Carlsen

General Manager

Esther oversees the Bench Performance, Media & Partnerships and Client Management teams in the ANZ region. Backed by her impressive experience as the Australian leader of a global adtech and martech company, her focus is enabling programmatic and delivering business outcomes for clients. She combines this with a passion for leading, developing and empowering high achieving teams.


Anthony Fargeot

People and Operations Director

Anthony’s hands-on Digital Project Management experience shines through in his day-to-day leadership and vision at Bench. From grassroots level at Bench as Account Manager and then to Head of Client Services, Anthony now takes charge of key projects and systems to enhance our customer experience from the inside out, with his finger on the pulse across the business.


Elliott Wong

Finance Director

MBA graduate and a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years’ experience in financial management and corporate finance across the public and mid-market private sectors, Elliott leads the entire financial management function at Bench.


Lizzie Babarczy

Head of Marketing

With over 20 years experience, Lizzie has led the marketing and international expansion for industry leading technology companies. Lizzie has a passion for technology, data, insights and digital marketing, she has held senior marketing positions at technology driven companies including Openpay (fintech), Pureprofile (consumer insights) and Experian (Hitwise) where she was responsible for the strategic marketing direction to ensure growth. Her experience covers strategy, communications, B2B and B2C marketing for Australia, New Zealand, the U.K. and the U.S.


Liam Garratt

Head of Performance

Liam started his programmatic career in 2011, as an Account Manager for UK based programmatic platform, Crimtan and assisted in setting up and launching their Australian office. In 2013 Liam was promoted to Head of Client Services. Liam joined Bench in 2017, holding the titles of Group Performance Manager & Head of Performance, during which Bench won B&T’s Best Programmatic Trading Team for the first time.

Aamir Ibrahim

Head of Product

Aamir heads the product function at Bench. He brings over 15 years of experience with working tech startups in the consumer, small business and enterprise markets.


Ben Steel

Head of Business Development, Asia Pacific

Ben is passionate about working with the fastest growing agencies and brands while raising the industry standards for a new level of transparency, control, innovation and growth. Ben is based out of the Bench Singapore Office.

Sam Thompson

Head of Media & Partnerships

With over 9 years experience in the programmatic and ad tech industry, Sam has a passion for utilising the innovative technology and data at our disposal to help brands grow. Sam has been a member of the Bench team for over 3 years, heading up the Media & Partnerships function.


Mark Titley

Head of Client Services

Mark comes with over 11 years of experience in the UK & Australia and is well loved by his clients, he has a passion for helping challenger brands gain market share through innovative thinking. He recently spoke at the programmatic summit about the importance of quality in an evolving digital ecosystem.
